Feeding Machine For Mineral
Vibrating feeding machine is widely used to send bulk, granular materials to the stock bin uniformly, continuously in the production. It is good joint equipment for crushing and rough screening in metallurgy, coal, chemical industry, mineral separation etc.
Features:
1.Large feeding capacity, low noise and small power consumption
2.It has steel plate structure and grid plate structure. Usually, feeding machine with steel plate structure can convey the whole material to the crusher uniformly in the sand production. Grid plate structure feeding machine can make rough screening when send the materials to the crusher.
3.The conveying speed should be 6-18m/min. In order to guarantee the end materials can be discharged successfully, the best tilt angle of the back storage bin should be 56-65 degree.
Working Principle:
1.The vibrating feeding machine is consisted of vibrating panel, vibrating motor, bearing block, spring, wear resistant liner plate.
2.By the force of vibrating motor, the plate is forced to vibrate by the supporting spring. Materials will make sliding movement on the plate and be transferred to the stock bin continuously by driving shaft.
