Structure:
1.It consists of frame,transmission device, hollow eccentric shaft, bowl-shaped bearing, crushing cone, springs and hydraulic pressure station for adjusting discharge opening etc.
2.It can avoid water mixed with oil, the spring can make up for the airproof. When the airproof wears out about 1/4-1/3, you should exchange the airproof in time.
Working Principles:
1. The spring cone crusher crushes materials by the working surface between movable cone and fixed cone.
2. When movable cone comes near to fixed cone, rocks are grinded into pieces;When the cone leaves, grinded materials is discharged from the discharge hole.
3. The fixed cone can be ascended or descended by adjusting setting to adjust width of discharge hole,so the output size is determined.
