Operating Principles:

 

1.It can handle materials with size less than 500 mm and compression strength is less than 350 MPa.

 

2.With the force of motor, rotor rotates with high speed to push materials to be crushed in the hammer board area.

 

3.Then the materials will be thrown to impact plates on the rotor for secondary crushing. At last they will be shot back to the blow bar for third crushing.

 

4.The process repeats until the materials rushed to required size and discharge from the outlet at the bottom of the machine.
