Features:

Type DT, TD75 belt conveyor features of great conveying capacity, easy structure and strong universality. It has been widely used in metallurgy, mine, coal, port, chemical industry and so on.

Usage:

Loading, unloading, transshipping or stacking all kinds of loose materials and packed products that bulk density is 500-2500 KG/M3 in the normal condition. The allowed sizes of materials depend on belt width, belt speed, groove angle and tilt angle, it is also related to the conveying frequency.

Working Temperature:

-25-+40°C, the temperature of the materials is less than 70°C. The heat-resistant rubber belt can convey high temperature materials which are less than 120°C.If the temperature is much higher, it is not suitable to use rubber belt. When transferring acid, alkali, oil materials etc, it should apply to rubber type and plastic belt which is oil resistant acid and alkali resistant.
